Porcini - Wild Forest Mushrooms – Sliced 40g

Wild forest mushrooms – Porcini,  have a mild to medium flavour. The broth is great for risottosoupstews and sauces. Chop up the mushrooms once hydrated and use in any mushroom dish – It is all about great taste!

 

Sliced  – The entire mushrooms – are soft when re-hydrated, you do not need to cook them further, but you can. A quick fry with a little garlic or add them to any risotto, soup or stew.

 

HOW TO USE:

Cover Sliced Mushrooms in water and soak for 30 minutes to re-hydrate.  If using the water as broth for risotto or soup discard the last bit as grit may settle at the bottom.
