Porcini - Wild Forest Mushrooms – CAPS - 40g

Wild forest mushrooms have a mild to medium flavour. The broth is great for risottosoupstews and sauces. Chop up the mushrooms once hydrated and use in any mushroom dish – It is all about great taste!

CAPS – The entire mushroom tops! – are textured when rehydrated. A quick fry with a little garlic or add them to any risotto, soup or stew. Chop them up if you like.

 

HOW TO USE:

Cover Caps in water and soak for 30 minutes to re-hydrate.  If using the water as broth for risotto or soup discard the last bit as grit may settle at the bottom.
